It looks like UFC 230 has suffered a big hit, just a few weeks out from the card, as it’s being reported that Luke Rockhold is withdrawing due to injury.

Rockhold was scheduled to face fellow, former middleweight champ, Chris Weidman at the November 3rd event. ESPN is reporting, however, sources have informed the outlet that Rockhold’s incurred an undisclosed injury and can no longer compete.

So, it remains to be seen whether the UFC can find a replacement opponent for Weidman, or if they attempt to add another, big name fight to the card.

The upcoming event, which will take place in New York City, will feature heavyweight champ Daniel Cormier taking on Derrick Lewis in the headliner.
