The second night of tournament action for Professional Fighters League will take place this Saturday from the Long Beach Arena in Long Beach, California.
PFL 9 airs live on NBC Sports Network with the first and second rounds of the light heavyweight and lightweight tournaments taking the stage.
Lightweight bouts include Will Brooks vs. Rashid Magomedov, Islam Mamedov vs. Thiago Tavares, Chris Wade vs. Robert Watley and Natan Schulte vs. Johnny Case. Also, Ramsey Nijem and Yuki Kawana meet in an alternate bout to begin the night.

In the light heavyweight tournament will be fights featuring Maxim Grishin vs. Smealinho Rama, Dan Spohn vs. Sean O’Connell, Bazigit Atajev vs. Emiliano Sordi and Vinny Magahales vs. Rakim Cleveland. The alternate fight is Brandon Halsey vs. Ronny Markes.

Winners will advance to later in the night to meet in semifinal round fights, with those winners moving to the New Year’s Eve special and finals for $1 million.
PFL 8 took place last week with Josh Copeland and Philipe Lins advancing to the heavyweight finals, with Steven Siler and Lance Palmer doing the same at featherweight.
PFL 10 is set for next Saturday with the middleweight and welterweight events. PFL 11 goes down December 31 from the Hulu Theater at Madison Square Garden and will feature the six tournament finals.
