There continues to be plenty of discussion as to who Khabib Nurmagomedov will fight next, and recently Dana White weighed-in on who he wants to see the champ fight, as a ‘fan’.
Since Khabib submitted Conor McGregor at UFC 229, a lot of folks have speculated the promotion will look at doing an immediate rematch, on account of the post-fight brawl, and the belief a do-over would also sell very, very, well.
But, of course, there’s also Tony Ferguson, who has won 11 straight, and was the interim lightweight champ not long ago.
Well, recently White sat down with ESPN’s Brett Okamoto, and when asked, who as a fan he wants to see Khabib fight next, he went with “El Cucuy”.
Yup. Hard to argue with that.
