The ratings, including DVR viewership for Bellator 208 are in, and the Fedor Emelianenko – Chael Sonnen led card did not pull massive numbers for the Paramount Network.

According to a report from MMA Fighting, last Saturday’s card averaged just 521,000 viewers, and that number includes 83,000 views via DVR. The headliner between Fedor and Sonnen, however, averaged much higher, as the heavyweight scrap drew 802,000 viewers and peaked with 1,090,000.

Bellator 207 the night before, which featured Ryan Bader taking on Matt Mitrione in the other, heavyweight grand-prix, averaged 620,000.

It should be noted here that these figures are based on views for the Paramount Network, and do not include how many people watched the cards via Bellator’s streaming partner, DAZN.

Fedor stopped Sonnen in the opening round of their bout, and Bader worked his way to a clear cut, decision win over Mitrione.
