Aaron Chalmers, who is transitioning from a reality star in the United Kingdom to MMA, has split from BAMMA.
The two have been involved in a court battle over Chalmers’ contract, but the matter was resolved recently.
“Thanks to @BAMMA for resolving the court issue in an amicable manner, and for
allowing me to leave my BAMMA contract early,” Chalmers posted on social media. I am now looking forward to the next stage in my career and continuing where I left off.”
The 31-year-old Chalmers is a perfect 4-0 in his career with two knockouts and two submission wins. After three fights under the BAMMA-only banner, he competed on the Bellator 200 card and bested Ash Griffiths via first round guillotine choke.
