LAST MAN STANDING - "Take Me to Church" - Mike and Vanessa become increasingly worried their daughters don't attend church anymore, so they decide to take it upon themselves to make church more interesting for everyone involved. Season seven of the sitcom “Last Man Standing” is just a few weeks away from premiering after FOX decided to bring back the show following its abrupt cancellation by ABC. Now, star Tim Allen is speaking out to thank the devoted fans who made the return of the sitcom possible.

Fox News reported that two promos were released over the weekend in which the cast of the sitcom joyfully expressed their gratitude to fans.

“I would say the fan base, without any jokes, was startling,” Allen said. “There are so many people on the internet that wrote in to bring all this big family back.”

The video also shows “super fan” Chad Miller, who spearheaded the social media campaign to have the show brought back. Since the show had always been a ratings hit for ABC, many fans suspected that the notoriously liberal network only canceled the show because Allen’s character of Mike Baxter was a conservative supporter of Donald Trump.

In the second video, Allen gave fans a behind-the-scenes look at the set of “Last Man Standing” as another thank you for their support

“It’s so great to be back with all you guys. Enjoy the show, we just love you to death,” Allen said in the video.
