Meghan Markle Forced To Take Drastic Action

Over the past few weeks, Meghan Markle’s father Thomas has been giving more and more interviews in which he blasts the British royal family in increasingly aggressive ways. Now, his heartbroken daughter has been left with no choice but to make a drastic move to distance herself from her dad.

Elle Magazine reported that a close friend of Meghan’s just spoke out to say that the Duchess of Sussex feels like she has to distance herself from her father as much as possible right now. The friend said that should Thomas give another embarrassing interview to the press this weekend, he will only be reducing the chances that Meghan will ever reconcile with him.

“The more he speaks with the media, the more she wants to stay away,” the friend said. “The more he blasts the royal family, the more she wants to stay away.”

The source said that at this point, Meghan is so embarrassed by her father and sees all the issues with him as “the elephant in the room when she’s with people she doesn’t know very well.”

“What frustrates Meghan the most is that her father doesn’t seem to take responsibility for any his actions, as if he can do no harm, and everyone else is to blame,” the source said. “Well, he is harming her by putting down the royal family. He’s harming her by making everything public.”

Even Thomas himself recently admitted that Meghan and Prince Harry had specifically told him not to talk to the press. The source explained that “from the get-go, she made it crystal clear that speaking to the press was absolutely prohibited. That out of respect for Harry, this was completely taboo…The last thing she ever wanted was a media circus starring her dad.”

Multiple sources have said that Meghan has no intention of ever responding to her father in public.

“Meghan doesn’t think it’s a fair game between her father and the media so she’s not going to engage in it or instruct anyone on her behalf to set the record straight,” a source said.

Thomas has always said in his interviews that he wants to reconcile with his daughter, yet he continues to speak out against her new family to the press. If he really wants a relationship with his daughter, he needs to stop trying to get attention for himself and start making building trust with Meghan his top priority!
