Royals Devising Plan To Silence Meghan’s Family Once And For All

Over the past few months, Meghan Markle’s father Thomas has become a complete embarrassment to the British royal family as he has continued to give increasingly humiliating interviews. Now, sources say that palace aides are scrambling to figure out what can be done to stop Thomas from continuing to embarrass the royal family.

The U.K. Mirror reported that Thomas Markle’s most recent interview was the last straw for the royals. In this interview, Thomas claimed that Meghan is “terrified” in her new role, despite the fact that he has not even spoken to her since she married Prince Harry. He also said that Princess Diana would have “loathed” the way the royal family is ignoring him. Royal insiders fear this public relations nightmare will only get worse if someone does not convince Thomas to stop with these interviews.

“Meghan is deeply hurt by what is happening and everything is being done behind the scenes to make sure her welfare is at the top of the agenda,” a royal source said. “It’s an increasingly desperate ­situation and now it’s come down to three options being on the table.”

“Firstly, Meghan could contact her father straight away and appeal to him directly to ask him to stop hurting her, but right now she’s decided to cut him off. There is a possibility an ­intermediary could meet with him and appeal to him to stop making such hurtful ­statements,” the insider continued. “The final option would be for Meghan to cut him off completely in the hope he will stop, but the ­situation is so precarious no one knows when that would be.”

Royal commentator Phil Dampier told Daily Mail that things have gotten so bad that Queen Elizabeth herself may soon get involved.

“This is getting out of control. If this carries on I wouldn’t be surprised if the Queen herself gets involved and bangs a few heads together,” Dampier said.

It’s unfortunate that Meghan and the rest of the royal family have found themselves embroiled in such a messy family scandal. While it once seemed that Thomas may have had his daughter’s best interests at heart, it’s clear at this point that he does not. If he really wants Meghan back in his life, he needs to stop giving interviews speculating about the life she has now. Since he admits that they haven’t spoken in months, he cannot possibly know what her true feelings about being a member of the royal family are.

In the end, it’s time for Thomas to stop focusing on getting fame for himself and start focusing on what’s really important: his relationship with his daughter!
