Both the wrestling world and the political world was smelling what Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson was cooking this week when he announced that he is actively considering running for President.
The Rock is beloved both in the wrestling world and the entertainment world at large and is one of Hollywood’s most bankable stars. But is he cut out to lead the United States of America?
We think so. Here are three reasons why we want The Rock to walk down Pennslyvania Avenue and turn the White House into the Smackdown Hotel!
This one speaks for itself. The Rock made his name in WWE and Hollywood by being an amazing promo on the mic. He is without question the greatest talker in the history of the WWE. Greater than Ric Flair, Hulk Hogan, or Steve Austin:
He can also deliver a pretty good non-wrestling speech too!
The Rock is probably one of the most intelligent wrestlers of all time. When he speaks, he’s calm and measured. Even though it sounds like it, he doesn’t just ramble off-the-cuff. He can bring the entire crowd together no matter what. That’s rare in wrestling and unheard of in the political world. He can be the man to bring this divided country back together.
He is going to stand up for this country and not let anyone back us down. If his run in WWE is an indication, we can expect him cutting promos on ISIS and our enemies left and right!
What do you think? Would you vote for the Rock? Do you think he has what it takes to be President of the United States? Share your thoughts on this in the comment section and share this article on Facebook and Twitter.
