Burger King Manager Caught Screaming At Customer!

A woman ordering for a large number of people got a shock when the employee speaking to her at an Ohio Burger King drive-thru started cussing at her like a sailor, and the whole incident was caught on camera!

Lizzie Ramsey parked her car and went inside to complain to the manager. Much to her surprise, it was the manager who was yelling at her to hurry up with her drive-thru order for her husband, co-worker, and his 11 and 12-year-old brothers. The order took three minutes and there wasn’t anyone behind them, so it was bizarre that this Burger King manager flew off the handle.

Things escalated when the pregnant Newark, Ohio mom went into the restaurant. Lizzie began filming as the Burger King employee started ranting and swearing at her. She posted the video on Facebook. Some local people told Lizzie they also had encountered the same out-of-control behavior from this manager.

“When we uploaded the video, people saw it and said ‘we had the same experience with the same person at the same store,'” Cody told a local television news reporter.

The video showing the encounter is below. Be aware there is language that isn’t suitable for young ears!

It’s unbelievable that this manager thought her behavior was acceptable! When you pull up to a drive-thru and numerous people in the same car are ordering, it can take a couple minutes. The manager should be glad she is getting so much business when it is slow. Instead, she screamed at them to hurry up!

Lizzie complained to Burger King’s corporate offices. She was given an apology and a gift card. They told her the situation was “handled,” but didn’t say whether this manager continues to be employed at that location.

This young mom believes the Burger King manager should be fired. You can’t treat people that way when your job is to provide customer service.
