Rumors Swirl Surrounding Mark Harmon’s Future on NCIS!

Inquisitr is reporting that Mark Harmon is possibly leaving NCIS after Season 15. Harmon’s character Jethro Leroy Gibbs is a central figure to the story line, so this would be a dramatic change to the show.

Rumors have abounded over the past year that Harmon has been in ill health. Radar Online reported the speculation in January that this might be Harmon’s last season. In the video below, Harmon spoke about looking forward to the 15th season so this sort of announcement would be a bit unexpected.

CarterMatt has an article debunking this rumor. He is claiming Harmon’s departure and his health issues are nothing more than internet gossip. Harmon is an important part of NCIS, so fans likely would be upset if he did leave.
