Real surprises in WWE are rare but always welcome. We sort of got one at Battleground with the Great Khali, but it was spoiled by Internet people (like us).
However the surprise at Smackdown Live in Richmond, VA was real and it was AWESOME!!!! DRINK IT IN MAN!
Chris Jericho returned to get his US TItle back from Kevin Owens. Shane McMahon then came out and announced that Jericho, Styles, and Owens would battle for the US Title ON SMACKDOWN! Jericho ended up getting pinned by AJ Styles, who got his belt back two days after losing it.
