Joanna took to Instagram to make an announcement about their latest business endeavor. The couple is opening another vacation rental in Waco. Hillcrest Estate will be open for guests starting this fall.
The 4,600 square foot home had been for sale for over a year when the Gaineses purchased it. Joanna promised potential guests that they kept its old-world charm.
The 6 bedroom estate has plenty of room for families to have a comfortable stay in Waco. The Instagram post has over a quarter of a million likes, so it is very likely that it will be booked solid very soon!
