Country music is in Loretta Lynn’s DNA. Her sister is Crystal Gayle and her twin daughters also had some hits and CMA nominations.
Loretta’s twin daughters Peggy and Patsy teamed up in 1998 to form The Lynns. They had a couple hit singles and won CMA nominations for Vocal Duo Of The Year in both 1998 and 1999.
Loretta said she always felt they should sing together, so she was obviously happy when this not only happened, but they were a success!
In the video below, The Lynns sing “Woman To Woman” on the TV show Girls’ Night Out.
Peggy and Patsy only recorded one album together, but I’m sure it made Loretta proud to hear them working together!
