Vladimir Putin has mobilized the Russian military, including troops, helicopters, and armored vehicles and sent them to the city of Vladivostok, which is just 11 miles from the North Korean border.

Footage shows trains with military equipment heading toward the city. There are also reports of military convoys heading toward the city.
Military veteran Stanislva Sinitsyn reports, “The movement of military equipment by different means of transport to southern areas is being observed across Primorsky region over the past week.” He continued, “The video shows artillery systems that either support troops in assault or meet the aggressor … The movement of military equipment means that authorities of our country are keeping up with the situation – and take appropriate measures.”
Prime Media backs up Sinitsyn’s report, “Railway trains loaded with military equipment moving towards Primorsky region via Khabarovsk have been noticed by locals.”

It’s possible the Russian troops are being deployed to deal with a humanitarian crisis from North Korea. If conflict, especially nuclear conflict, breaks out, it’s quite possible that nuclear contamination will move into Russia and a mass exodus of survivors could flood into Russia much like what is happening in Europe with Syrian refugees.
There were also reports last week noting the Chinese had moved 150,000 troops to the North Korean border. Another report indicated the Chinese state-run media might bomb North Korea.
Donald Trump deployed a naval strike group to the Korean peninsula and a report indicates the U.S. will deploy two other aircraft carrier groups to the Korean peninsula to take part in war games with the South Koreans.
He also told Maria Bartiromo that “we are sending an armada, very powerful. We have submarines, very powerful, far more powerful than the aircraft carrier, that I can tell you.”
