Cary McCook had just been dropped off by his girlfriend in front of his hotel when he saw a large shadow running towards him.
What collided with him was something nobody expected: a deer!
“I was shocked, jumped back up and went to the truck. I was like, ‘Was that a deer?’” said McCook.
But McCook told his friends that he had been run over by a deer and nobody believed him because it happened on April 1, 2017, April Fools’ Day!
Thankfully, Cary was able to obtain video surveillance of the deer collision. You can watch it below:
It turns out that Cary is an aspiring rapper, and took the incident all in good fun:
