Mama June has surprised a lot of people. Honey Boo Boo’s mom has lost a lot of weight. She’s dropped from a size 22 to a size 12, and is still working hard to drop even more.
Her reality show “From Not To Hot” is giving viewers a first-hand look at how she is accomplishing that. She’s doing a tremendous job with working out and dieting after having gastric sleeve surgery.
In the video below, Mama June tells her trainer why she is trying to lose this weight. She wants to look hot at her ex’s wedding. But, her trainer tells her that she needs to be doing this for herself, otherwise this won’t work out.
He’s right. So many people don’t think about a long-term plan for keeping the weight off. Will she return to her old habits after the wedding?
