Jamie Lynn Spears’s 8 year old daughter, Maddie, was reportedly involved in an ATV accident over the weekend.
TMZ is reporting that the young girl is in “critical but stable condition.” While ATVing in Kentwood, Louisiana, her ATV flipped over and crashed into a pond. Maddie was stuck under water for several moments before help was able to arrive. Once it got there she was reportedly unconscious.
She has since been airlifted to a nearby hospital.

Maddie’s grandfather told E! News that “All I can say is pray for our baby Maddie.”

The details the media are reporting surrounding the incident regarding Jamie Lynn’s daughter Maddie are incorrect. Right now the Spears family asks that everyone respect their privacy during this time and appreciates all the prayers and support for their family.
This young girl needs all the prayers that she can get.
