Gordon Ramsay’s “Ploughman’s Lunch” Is The Best Mid-Day Meal Ever!

When Gordon Ramsay isn’t berating people in kitchens and turning failed restaurants into winners, he’s refining and showcasing simple, delicious food that any of us can make.

We’ve shown him transform breakfast and dessert. Now he’s going to show us a brilliant, simple, and fresh lunch that is delicious and filling!

Gordon starts out making a “Ploughman’s Lunch” by making a simple yet delicious beer bread, but it is when he takes the cheese and salad and combines them that the magic truly starts.

My stomach started growling just watching this video.

Watch Ramsay’s culinary wizardry below.

Amazing.

The bread is something you can make a head of time, and the salad is something you can put together right before you leave to work.

I am definitely going to make this and bring it to work. I suspect my co-workers will be EXTREMELY jealous.

Would you eat this or at least make it? Share your thoughts in the comments.
