Donald Trump isn’t one to quietly turn the other cheek. After being attacked by Meryl Streep at the 2017 Golden Globes, Trump took to social media to combat Streep’s lies about him inciting violence.
Trump dispelled Streep’s lies about him as well as the media narrative that he mocked a disabled reporter. Trump knows the media will twist what he says, so he just went right to the American public on social media to deliver the message himself.
Trump also used his Facebook page to respond to the tired old charge Streep made accusing the President-elect of attacking a disabled reporter.
The left was peddling these lies before the election and it didn’t work. When are they going to realize that and give up this accusation? They lost because they had a failed candidate and they thumbed their noses at every day Americans, just as Streep did last night. They really seem to want to go down with the Democratic ship!
