Nobody likes getting pulled over by police. Often it means you were breaking the law and will be facing the expense of a ticket. But, Lowell, Michigan Officer Scot VanSolkema spread some Christmas cheer rather than tickets.
While pulling people over for traffic infringements, VanSolkema found out what the drivers or their children wanted for Christmas. Whatever they asked for suddenly arrived. The reaction is rather astounding. These were not cheap gifts. These were Christmas dreams coming true because of a friendly officer.
The video below is rather heartwarming and will really put you in the Christmas spirit!
My favorite thing about this video is how respectful all the drivers were of the officer BEFORE he handed out presents. I want that for all of our police officers! I’ll put that on my list to Santa!
