Richard Keenan is a despicable human being. This monster of man confessed to raping and sexually assaulting a young girl for three years. She was only four years old when his abuse started.
As the former Democratic mayor of Hubbard, Ohio, Keenen was supposed to be someone you could trust. When the girl told his wife about the rapes, Kennen admitted to it, but he blamed the girl.
As you can see in the video below, this creep said the four year old girl was a “willing participant.” Keenan who claims to be a Christian said the preschooler “had come onto him,” according to court papers. What a sick man.
You know what they do to child molesters in prison? This former mayor is likely in for a terrifying future. But, he might be better off in prison than out in public facing the rage of society.
