Patsy Cline was a country legend. When the thirty-year-old star was killed in a plane crash, there was a big hole left in country music. Even though she wasn’t born then, LeAnn Rimes recognizes the void Patsy left.
In a tribute to Patsy at the 2013 ACA’s, LeAnn performed masterfully. Using a black and white filter and a monochromatic microphone, the performance was such a touching vintage moment.
As you can see in the video below, LeAnn put a lot of emotion into this. Towards the end of the song, tears begin to form in her eyes.
