We can never truly repay those who put on a uniform to serve our country, but we can cheer them on. And that’s what many of us are doing during the Invictus Games.
It’s an international sporting event for wounded, ill, and injured Service men and women – both active duty and veteran. This year, wounded service members from 15 countries have gathered in Orlando, Florida to compete.
President George W Bush and Prince Harry are taking active roles at the games. They want to not only recognize these warrior athletes, but also shine a light on PTSD.
Check out some of the tweets about the event!
You can cheer these athletes on by checking out the Invictus Game’s Facebook page.
Please share this if you support our heroes! These men and women have given so much for our freedoms, we should all be cheering them on!
