Hollywood Liberals Try to Shake The Rock and Mark Wahlberg for $200 Million

HBO’s popular show “Ballers” is the source of a lawsuit by two screenwriters. And these plantiffs aren’t seeking mere pennies here. These Hollywood liberals are demanding $200 million.

Everette Silas and Sherri Littleton filed a lawsuit against Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson and Mark Wahlberg, claiming they stole their ideas for a show they pitched to HBO and repacked it as “Ballers.”

“Off Season” has some similarities to “Ballers.” They both were set in Miami about the off season lives of African American football players. Could this have been coincidental or malicious? A court may soon decide.

HBO is calling the lawsuit frivolous. Given that Mark and Dwayne are politically vocal and don’t carry the heavy water for Obama, they may be targeted for that reason.
