Misinformation is fueling conspiracy theories regarding Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia’s sudden death. The mainstream media has been reporting Scalia’s death was caused by a heart attack. But, that isn’t necessarily true.

Presidio County Judge Cinderela Guevara declared Scalia dead over a phone call. A Dallas TV station reported that Guevara said that Scalia died of “myocardial infarction,” but Guevara told the Washington Post that she didn’t mean to say that but meant that his heart stopped.

The judge who was shopping when she was called about Scalia, declared him dead over the phone without seeing him. She didn’t even order an autopsy even though the Supreme Court Justice was found with a pillow over his head.

Guevara claims she asked if there were signs of foul play and she was told there were not. A US Marshal told the judge, “It’s not necessary for you to come, judge. If you’re asking for an autopsy, that’s what we need to clarify.” So, she decided to continue shopping and declare him dead over the phone.

Even though she didn’t see Scalia’s body, she believes his death was caused by natural causes.

Given that this seems to be handled so sloppily and Justice Scalia was found with a pillow over his head, what do you think happened? Why do you think an autopsy wasn’t ordered?
