Paramount+’s Current Deal
The limited-time promotion from Paramount+ will cut the cost of its annual subscription plans by 50% for both new and returning subscribers. Through this deal, the Essential plan (ad-supported) is available for $30/year, which is around $2.50/month. For the Premium plan, the price is $60/year.
This promotional price is notably lower than the usual annual subscription of $59.99 for the Essential plan or $119.99 for the Premium plan, when bundled with Showtime content.
The offer is valid until September 18th, and represents a temporary break from the broader industry trend as streaming services raise prices. After the initial 12-month period, subscriptions will automatically renew at the regular rate plus any applicable taxes.
Subscribers are encouraged to register through the Paramount+ website to ensure they get the reduced rate.
Those Interested in Subscribing

Paramount+’s huge promotion is the perfect opportunity for viewers who have been debating or hesitant to subscribe to the service, or those who have let their subscriptions lapse. Both groups can access Paramount+ content at half the usual price.
However, those who do choose to subscribe must note the temporary nature of the discount and be aware that the auto-renewal a year in the future will be at the normal price. At that point, subscribers can choose to cancel or continue at full price.

More Prominent Price Reduction at Present
While free trials and other promotional offers still exist to access Paramount+, the 50% discount stands out as one of the most significant price reductions available now. Streaming fans should find value-oriented options like this particularly appealing in an increasingly saturated and costly market.
For the latest information about the promotion, make sure to check out the Paramount+ website before committing.
Content to Keep an Eye Out For

There’s a lot of new and returning content coming to Paramount+ this September, and viewers can take advantage of all of it through this current deal.
Tulsa King and Sylvester Stallone are back for Season 3 on the service, with other exciting shows including the premiere of NCIS: Tony & Ziva, Survivor Season 49, and The Amazing Race Season 38.
New movies? Paramount+ has that too, with the Jenna Ortega-led drama Winter Spring Summer or Fall, and the romantic comedy The Wedding Banquet, starring Bowen Yang and Lily Gladstone.
For sports fans, the NFL is officially back on our screens, which means you can enjoy NFL on CBS action on Paramount+.
