The longtime Wheel of Fortune co-host Vanna White is widely regarded as one of the most beautiful women on television. In a new interview, White is speaking out to reveal her secrets to staying so youthful at the age of 68.

White’s Favorite Snack

White just sat down with her Wheel of Fortune co-host Ryan Seacrest, 50, on his iHeartRadio show On Air with Ryan Seacrest. There, she revealed her favorite snack.

“You already know what I snack on, don’t you? … Yeah, nuts,” White said with a laugh.

White went on to say that there is one sweet treat that she sometimes indulges in.

“I will say when I come in in the morning, they have these incredible spread of doughnuts. It is so hard to not eat a doughnut, and every once in a while I will get a little doughnut hole,” White said. “I can’t resist … but I won’t eat the whole thing.”

White then revealed her favorite meal to have for lunch.

“What’s your favorite lunch? A turkey Thanksgiving Day feast or something?” Seacrest asked.

“Yeah, they call it a ‘Bobby,'” White replied. “Basically, it’s a sandwich with turkey and dressing and cranberry sauce.”

“It’s the day after Thanksgiving,” Seacrest teased in response.

Seacrest’s Favorite Snack

Seacrest proceeded to reveal his own favorite snack.

“I have seed crackers that I always complain about,” he admitted.

Seacrest also revealed that he and White always check one another’s teeth before walking on the Wheel of Fortune stage.

“I say to Vanna backstage, ‘Are there any sesame seeds in my teeth?’ and she says to me, ‘Is there any lipstick on my teeth?’” he disclosed.

“It doesn’t matter if there is, because the doors are already opening, so it’s not like we’re going to save each other anyway… seed crackers and salmon is what I eat in between,” Seacrest continued.

White’s Wheel Of Fortune Job

When it comes to staying youthful, White’s light work schedule might also be a factor. Last month, she revealed just how few days she actually has to work on Wheel of Fortune each year.

“We film about 34 days a year,” White said. “That’s it.”

“But [we film] six shows a day,” she added. “Come on, you could feel bad for me.”

When White’s interviewer pointed out that “that’s six different dresses a day,” she replied with a smile, saying, “it is.”

This means that White is off of work for 331 days a year. Must be nice!

White has been co-hosting Wheel of Fortune since 1982. She did this with the legendary Pat Sajak until he retired last year. Since then, White has been co-hosting with Seacrest.

White’s ‘Adjustment’

In her latest interview, White admitted that it’s been an “adjustment” to get used to Sajak not being on Wheel of Fortune anymore.

“And not just for me,” White explained. “For everybody who watched for 41 years [that] Pat and I have been doing the show. And then Pat decided to retire, and he’s very happy. I saw him a couple of weeks ago. He looks great.”

“And Ryan took over, and he’s doing a great job,” she continued. “And he said, ‘Look, no one can ever replace Pat Sajak. I’m just here to fill in.'”

White is one of the rare celebrities who is truly beautiful on both the inside and the outside. Good for her for continuing to show the world that age really is just a number!
