Last week, we reported that five people had been arrested in connection to the death of the former Friends star Matthew Perry. These five people included his longtime live-in assistant and a drug dealer who is known as the “Ketamine Queen.”

Now, disturbing new details about Perry’s death are coming to light.

Perry’s Assistant And ‘Ketamine Queen’ Try To Cover Up His Death

After finding Perry, 54, dead in his hot tub on October 28, 2023, the actor’s longtime assistant Kenneth Iwamasa allegedly teamed up with middleman Erik Fleming and “Ketamine Queen” Jasveen Sangha to try and get rid of evidence. They specifically tried to hide evidence that Perry had been injected with ketamine provided by the three of them on the day of his death.

This was all revealed in a plea agreement for Iwamasa that was obtained by Fox News.

According to the plea agreement, the same day that Perry died, Sangha and Fleming had a phone call in which they talked about distancing themselves from the situation by “deleting digital evidence” from their cellphones. Sangha told Fleming to delete all of the text messages that they had exchanged. She also updated Signal, an encrypted messaging app, settings to automatically delete messages.

Two days after Perry died, Fleming and Iwamasa spoke on the phone. During this call, Iwamasa said that he “cleaned up the scene” by getting rid of the syringes and ketamine vials. He added that he “deleted everything.”

Iwamasa Gets The Blame

Fleming seemed to try to blame everything on Iwamasa in his own texts with Sangha.

“Please call… Got more info and want to bounce ideas off you,” Fleming wrote to her. “I’m 90% sure everyone is protected. I never dealt with [Victim M.P.]. Only his Assistant. So the Assistant was the enabler. Also are they doing a 3 month tox screening … Does K stay in your system or is it immediately flushed out?”

On the morning of Perry’s death, Iwamasa injected him with ketamine at 8:30am. He then injected him again at around 12:45pm while the former Friends star watched a movie. Around 40 minutes later, Perry asked for another injection.

“Shoot me up with a big one,” he reportedly told his assistant.

This third injection came while Perry was in or near the jacuzzi. Iwamasa then left to run some errands. When he returned, he found Perry “face down” dead in the hot tub. An autopsy later found that Perry’s death was caused by “acute effects of ketamine.”

Iwamasa And Drug Dealers Learn Their Fates

Iwamasa has pleaded guilty to one count of conspiracy to distribute ketamine, causing death. He is facing up to 15 years in prison, though the details of his plea agreement are not known at this time. As for Fleming, he pled guilty to one count of conspiracy to distribute ketamine and one count of distribution of ketamine resulting in death. He has also taken a plea deal, the details of which have not been made public.

Meanwhile, Sangha has been charged with one count of conspiracy to distribute ketamine. She’s additionally been charged with one count of maintaining a drug-involved premises, one count of possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine, one count of possession with intent to distribute ketamine and five counts of distribution of ketamine.

Sangha is facing life in prison if convicted on all charges. Alas, no plea deal appears to be on the horizon for the “Ketamine Queen.”

The more details about Perry’s death that come to light, the more disturbing it gets. We can only hope that all of those responsible are held accountable.
