Meghan Markle is reportedly in a “full meltdown” right now. According to insiders, she is “blaming” her husband Prince Harry for her problems.

Meghan’s Latest ‘Meltdown’

Meghan, 44, and Harry, 41, recently parted ways with their chief U.S. publicist, Meredith Maines. Indeed, she left after just 10 months on the job. Around this same time, James Holt, who had been the couple’s longest-serving aide and executive director of their Archewell Foundation, stepped down after nearly five years in the role.

Insiders are now saying that this double exit has shaken Meghan to her very core.

“Meghan is in full meltdown mode,” a source told Radar Online. “She’s blaming everyone around her for her troubles – especially Harry – and people around her are afraid she’s losing it.

“She’s seeing everything she left England for falling apart and terrified she may have to go crawling back,” the insider added.

The exits of Maines and Holt came less than two weeks after Meghan and Harry’s Archewell Foundation was renamed Archewell Philanthropies as it transitions to a fiscal sponsorship model. Holt still plans to be a “philanthropic advisor” for the organization. However, experts say that the departures of these two key figures hints at far bigger problems in Meghan and Harry’s empire.

“This really – more than anything – shows there is a volatile, erratic operation,” said royal expert Hilary A. Fordwich. “And the charity is shrinking in terms of donations, in terms of size and in terms of impact.”

High Turnover Rate Among Staffers

Insiders pointed out that nearly 25 staffers have already quit working for Meghan and Harry. This has caused Meghan to become terrified that her former employees will team up to expose her as a horrible boss.

According to Fordwich, the former staffers all come from different backgrounds and professions.

“The only common denominator is the dysfunctional situation of working for somebody who is unmanageably high maintenance at best,” Fordwich said.

Meghan has repeatedly been accused of bullying her staffers. Some former employees of hers have even branded her as a “dictator in high heels” that has made grown men cry. Meghan has repeatedly denied these claims, with her representative saying that they’re nothing more than a “calculated smear campaign.”

Fordwich, however, is now warning that Meghan may find it difficult to attract top talent moving forward.

“She has broken up with every relationship she’s ever had – except for her mother and Harry,” Fordwich explained. “She has a track record of destroying relationships – both with her own family and, of course, the royal family – ruined relationships with her friends [and] her businesses. Her Netflix ratings have plummeted.

“There is a consistent pattern of behavior and what it causes – and that’s her track record, and this is all part of that,” the royal expert added. “There is one common denominator – and it’s her.”

Harry May Feel ‘Trapped’

As for Harry, Fordwich believes that he feels “trapped” in his new life in America. Though he may be homesick for his native England, Fordwich doesn’t think that moving back there is in the cards for Meghan.

“I don’t think Meghan will ever be happy in the U.K.,” Fordwich concluded.

It’s been six years since Meghan and Harry stepped down as senior royals. They then moved across the world to Southern California, where Meghan was born and raised.

In the years since then, Meghan and Harry have suffered multiple fails in trying to launch careers in the entertainment world for themselves. Only time will tell if their marriage can survive all of this stress.
