The actress Brooke Shields is speaking out to reveal that the late John F. Kennedy Jr. was “one of the best” kissers.
Shields Gushes Over JFK Jr.
Shields revealed this in a TikTok video alongside her daughter, Rowan Henchy.
While Henchy, 22, lip-synched to Taylor Swift and Charli xcx’s performance of “Boom Clap” from Swift’s 1989 tour, text appeared over the clip that read, “I wonder if JFK Jr. was a good kisser?”
The camera then panned to Shields, 60. She proceeded to dramatically turned to look over her shoulder, as the onscreen text changed to say: “One of the best.”

Shields’ History With JFK Jr.
Shields met JFK Jr. during a skiing trip to Aspen, Colorado, in the 1980s.
“I was 19 or 20, but I was still a virgin, so literally, I was like, ‘You so do not want me to lose my virginity to you — because in my world, that means we’re married. So do yourself a favor, back off,'” Shields recalled 2024’s JFK Jr.: An Intimate Oral Biography.
“I was brutally honest. It was a sweet, honest conversation,” Shields added.
While being interviewed by Howard Stern in 2023, Shields described JFK Jr. as being “the best kiss” she’d ever had.
“He kissed me, and it was like the best kiss I’ve ever had in my life,” Shields said. “It was beyond not-disappointing. The lips are beautiful, and the face is amazing, and the body and the person, and he was down to earth and funny and irreverent.”
“I froze though because it was so precious to me, and I was like oh my God you’re falling in love and if you sleep with him, he may not talk to you again, and you can’t handle that,” she continued.
JFK Jr.’s ‘Love Story’ Series
JFK Jr. sadly died in a plane crash along with his wife Carolyn Bessette and her sister Lauren in 1999. Their lives are currently being chronicled in Ryan Murphy’s Love Story: John F. Kennedy Jr. and Carolyn Bessette.
Fans are absolutely loving the series. Those close to JFK Jr., however, are slamming it as being “grotesque.”
“Well, if you want to know someone who’s never met anyone in my family, knows nothing about us, talk to Ryan Murphy. I would just want people who do watch the show to watch it with one letter in mind, and that’s a capital F for fiction,” Jack Schlossberg, JFK Jr.’s nephew, told CBS News.
Schlossberg went on to say that Murphy is “making a ton of money on a grotesque display of someone else’s life.” He added that because of this, he should donate money to “some of the causes that John championed throughout his life.”
Daryl Hannah Weighs In
Actress Daryl Hannah, who was in a relationship with JFK Jr. at one time, has also spoken out against the series.
“I have never used cocaine in my life or hosted cocaine-fueled parties,” she wrote in an oped for The New York Times. “I have never pressured anyone into marriage, I have never desecrated any family heirloom or intruded upon anyone’s private memorial, I have never planted any story in the press, I never compared Jacqueline Onassis’ death to a dog’s. It’s appalling to me that I even have to defend myself against a television show. These are not creative embellishments of personality. They are assertions about conduct – and they are false.”
Whether you’re watching Murphy’s series about JFK Jr. or not, it’s clear that interest in him is at an all-time high right now. No wonder Shields decided that now was the time to describe him as “one of the best” kissers in the world.
