Bizarre Moment Whoopi Goldberg Gives Lap Dance To ‘The View’ Co-Host Sunny Hostin

Whoopi Goldberg shocked everyone on "The View" this morning when she gave her co-host Sunny Hostin a lap dance.

Things got weird on the ABC talk show “The View” once again on Monday morning when Whoopi Goldberg bizarrely gave her co-host Sunny Hostin a lap dance.

Goldberg Gives Lap Dance

It all started when Goldberg, 67, kicked off a Hot Topics segment by saying that “70 percent [of people] have cheated at bachelor or bachelorette parties” doing everything “from lap dances to a threesome.”

“I said during our Hot Topics meeting that lap dancing isn’t cheating, but come to think of it, I’ve never seen a lap dance, so maybe it is cheating?” Hostin said in response, with her incredulous host Alyssa Farah Griffin asking, “You didn’t see Hustlers?”

This was a reference to the 2019 stripper movie Hustlers, which starred Jennifer Lopez and featured various lap dance scenes.

“Would you like to see?” Goldberg asked Hostin as she got up and made her way towards her. She proceeded to start giving Hostin a lap dance as she narrated what she was doing so she could explain it.

“First I’m looking at you, okay?” she said. “And then I start to turn, and then it’s all like this, and then it’s like that. And then it’s me going down over here, and then I go back on the side.”

Co-host Sara Haines whipped out her phone to film the scene while co-host Ana Navarro stood up and clapped.

Once the performance finally came to an end, all Hostin could do was say “That’s cheating” over and over again.

“It’s mind stuff that makes the cheating,” Goldberg said in disagreement. “When people start cheating on the internet with somebody they’re sharing emotional stuff with, that’s cheating.”

Goldberg’s Holocaust Scandal

This comes at a difficult time for Goldberg, as calls for her to be fired from “The View” have been increasing as of late. Last year, she was suspended from the ABC talk show for two weeks after saying that “the Holocaust isn’t about race” on an episode of the ABC talk show. Though she issued a groveling apology after making those comments, she proceeded to double down on them in a December interview.

“My best friend said, ‘Not for nothing is there no box on the census for the Jewish race.’ So that leads me to believe that we’re probably not a race,” Goldberg told The Times of London at the end of 2022.

“It wasn’t originally” about race, she continued, according to NBC News. “Remember who they were killing first. They were not killing racial; they were killing physical. They were killing people they considered to be mentally defective. And then they made this decision.”

Calls For Goldberg To Be Fired

Though Goldberg issued a groveling apology once again, many feel that this was not enough, and a petition calling for Goldberg to be fired has since been signed by over 47,000 people.

“Whoopi has made numerous remarks about race that have ruffled feathers,” the petition states. “But her most recent comment attacking victims of the holocaust and the entire Jewish community are disgusting.”

“Apologies are not enough when it comes to things like this, This can and will not be forgotten,” it adds. “We as Americans demand that she be fired from the daytime tv show ‘The View’ for her repulsive verbiage and actions.”

This all just goes to show how much “The View” has gone off the rails, largely thanks to Goldberg’s increasingly erratic behavior. It remains to be seen how much longer ABC executives will think it’s worth it to keep her around, but perhaps Goldberg performing a lap dance on air will be the last straw!
