Things went off the rails on the ABC talk show “The View” once again on Thursday morning in a segment that devolved into Whoopi Goldberg begging to see “naked pictures” of her co-host Joy Behar.

Things Get Weird On ‘The View’

The Sun reported that it all started in a hot topics about adult home decorations that may not be safe for work (NSFW).

“A woman wrote into Miss Manners because she gets very uncomfortable when she and her husband go to her friend’s house,” Goldberg began. “Because her problem is that the friend likes to entertain in a room with a giant nude painting of herself on the wall.”

“So, what would you tell her to do?” she asked the panel.

Most of the co-hosts agreed with the woman who wrote in, saying that a painting like that is “freaky” and “awkward.” Goldberg, however, took the position that the woman should simply not go to this friend’s home if the painting made her that uncomfortable.

“It could be a conversation starter… I mean, I have a picture in my house of–” Behar chimed in to say, before a very excited Goldberg cut her off.

“If you tell me you have naked pictures of you in your house, I’m coming over tomorrow!” exclaimed Goldberg, 67.

Behar managed to laugh off this bizarre exchange, and thankfully for all of us, she confirmed that she does not in fact have any nude photos of herself in her home. Phew! She then revealed that the picture she was referring to was one of the late Barbara Walters with her hand over her mouth.

Goldberg Sits On Her Glasses

This came just one day after another odd moment on “The View,” with Goldberg opening Wednesday’s episode by announcing that she had sat on her glasses.

“I need to tell you that I sat on my glasses yesterday,” she said, according to Entertainment Weekly. “I have on glasses that are maybe 4 years old, so, if you see me [squinting], that’s why.”

“I just wanted y’all to know there’s nothing wrong — I just sat on the glasses, not paying a bit of attention to where my big behind was going. Just, click,” she continued.

When co-host Sara Haines joked that Goldberg’s “butt is seeing better than ever,” the Oscar-winning former Ghost star replied, “Oh, yeah, my butt can see now.”

Okay then…

Behar And Goldberg’s History On ‘The View’

Behar was one of the original co-hosts of “The View” when it premiered back in 1997, and though she was briefly fired in 2013, she was brought back in 2015 and has been on the show ever since. Despite turning 80 back in October, Behar has defiantly said that she has “no plans” to retire.

“I just signed a contract so I’ll be here for a while,” Behar told People Magazine around the time of her birthday. “I have no plans to retire.”

As for Goldberg, she’s been on “The View” since 2007, although calls have been growing for her to be fired as of late after she doubled down on saying that the Holocaust was not about race in an interview at the end of December. She was suspended from “The View” for two weeks last year for making similar comments, and while she apologized at the time, her comments two months ago indicate that she didn’t learn much from the scandal.

Though ABC has yet to take action for this latest offense, Goldberg appears to be on thinner ice than ever before when it comes to her status on “The View,” and her increasingly frequent bizarre moments on the show are likely not helping her case as to why she should be kept around.

In the end, we can’t imagine who would still want to watch “The View” at this point, because these ladies are just nutty!
