Last month, we reported that Jenna Bush Hager, the “Today” show host who is also the daughter of the former President George W. Bush, had shocked the world by revealing that she doesn’t wear underwear.

Now, Hager is revealing what her parents thought about this confession, and she’s also admitting to not wearing underwear during a recent dinner with King Charles.

‘I’m Sure My Parents Were Not Thrilled’

“I’m sure my parents were not thrilled,” Bush Hager, 41, said with a laugh while appearing on “Watch What Happens Live!” She went on to say that she is a “lady,” and therefore would never have revealed this herself, going on to place the blame on her co-host Hoda Kotb.

“People think I shared that with the world,” she said, reminding viewers that it was actually Kotb who brought it up.

“But she doesn’t have any panty lines and all those things that you need to worry about!” Kotb, 58, said as she tried to defend herself.

Bush Hager Didn’t Wear Underwear During Dinner With King Charles

When asked by host Andy Cohen if she wore “undies” while having dinner with King Charles the night before Queen Elizabeth died back in September, Bush Hager shook her head to indicate that she did not do so.

“It was a beautiful tight dress. It would have shown,” she claimed.

Page Six reported that on the night of September 7, Bush Hager had dinner with Charles and his wife Camilla at Dumfries House in Southeast England.

“It was crazy,” she said. “I got to sit with them, and we had a normal conversation – as much as you can with the future King. I kept being nervous I was going to spill.”

When asked if Charles and Camilla talked about the Queen’s health struggles at all, Bush Hager replied by saying that the monarch’s death was most likely “more unexpected” as they “weren’t discussing that” during the meal.

Bush Hager had flown to Europe to interview Camilla about her charitable efforts, but “just hours away” from their sit-down, the royal couple “took off to go see her Majesty the Queen in Balmoral.”

“Their thoughts are with their mother,” Bush Hager said on “Today” at the time. “She’s the Queen to the world, and she is his precious mother to him.”

The Queen died on September 8 at the age of 96 after a record-breaking 70 years on the British throne. Charles then became King, with his coronation scheduled to take place at Westminster Abbey on May 6, 2023, when Camilla will be crowned as Queen Consort along with him.

Bush Hager Goes Commando

Kotb was shocked to discover last month that Bush Hager does not wear underwear when the two were changing together minutes before going live on “Today.”

“I was a little surprised because Jenna and I know a lot about each other,” Kotb told the audience, according to People Magazine

Bush Hager defended going commando by saying, “I think it makes a more pretty silhouette. I also think you don’t have to pack as much. There’s a lot of pros to it!”

She also said that she’s sure that her mother, the former First Lady Laura Bush, “has never been more proud.”

It certainly was a shock to find out that the former First Daughter does not wear underwear. While Bush Hager is an adult woman who can do what she wants, she might want to consider putting some underwear on before she dines with royalty again!
