The upcoming Matt Riddle vs. Seth Rollins match with have some UFC flavor to it.
Former UFC champion Daniel Cormier will serve as the special referee at Extreme Rules when Riddle and Rollins square off.
Set for Saturday night from the Wells Fargo Center in Philadelphia, the bout will be contested inside a Fight Pit. Riddle is a former UFC competitor who turned to the WWE and has had plenty of success, especially in the tag team division with Randy Orton.
The card will also feature former UFC champion Ronda Rousey looking to reclaim her WWE SmackDown women’s title when she meets Liv Morgan.
More information on Cormier’s role in the match is expected to be discussed this coming Monday on Raw.
