ONE Championship: Busy Stretch Begins For Promotion
The next several weeks will feature some interesting events from ONE Championship, including the debut of the promotion on Amazon Prime.
A busy stretch is set to begin for ONE Championships this weekend.
The Asian-based promotion will hold ONE 160: Ok vs. Lee 2 this Friday from the Singapore Indoor Stadium in Kallang, Singapore.
In the main event, former champion Christian Lee takes on Ok Rae Yoon for the lightweight title. The ONE featherweight belt will also be on the line, as Thanh Le defends vs. Tang Kai.
All of this is a precursor to the debut of ONE on Amazon Prime on Saturday. That event, also set for Singapore and the Singapore Indoor Stadium, sees Demetrious Johnson challenge Adriano Moraes for the flyweight belt.
ONE signed a deal with Amazon Prime earlier this year to broadcast events around the world, including in the United States. It will present mixed martial arts with another avenue to attract even more viewers.
Johnson, a former UFC champion, will be looking to avenge a 2021 loss to Moraes. That fight took place live on TNT.
Along with that title fight, Nong-O Gaiyanghadao defends his Muay Thai bantamweight belt against Liam Harrison.
