Mark Henry has not wrestled for AEW due to nerve damage, meaning he needs a wheelchair. Also, is Bron Breakker about to join the main roster?

Mark Henry Using A Wheelchair

Mark Henry has been with AEW for a few years now and promised to wrestled. So far, he has not competed once.

Mostly, he will hype the main event for Rampage and handles anything to promote the company.

On Busted Open Radio, Henry explained he has nerve damage in his back. It is so bad, he needs a wheelchair at times because he suddenly collapses.

“It will just go out and I’ll be on the ground, and there have been times where I do too much at AEW,” said Henry. “I have to take a wheelchair through the airport, and it sucks because I’m prideful, and I hate it when I can’t walk through the airport.”

“Feels like my leg is on fire. I’m not saying for a pity party for me; I’m saying that Darren Droszdov is in a wheelchair for the rest of his life, paralyzed from the chest down.”

“I know countless other guys that are on canes and [in] wheelchairs too. My doctor told me, ‘Hey, man. You know you can surgically get that fixed?’”

“And he said, ‘Don’t do it until you can’t walk no more.” He’s like, ‘Let that be your last alternative.’ So I feel it, but I’m not there yet, you know what I’m saying?”

If Henry does decide to wrestle again, it be a farewell tour or final match. Honestly, the Olympian should stay out of the ring.

Henry left WWE because he wanted to keep wrestling. WWE had other plans and offered him a lowballed contract.

February 2017 was the last time Henry had a singles match, when he lost to Braun Strowman on RAW. He briefly appeared during the Greatest Royal Rumble in 2018.

When WWE relaunched NXT, almost everything changed. The logo, roster and even those running things backstage were different.

So, when WWE went with NXT 2.0, many new faces appeared. Most are still finding their spot on the brand, but not Bron Breakker.

WWE sees big things for him and he could be the next John Cena or Roman Reigns. Although, Austin Theory might have a problem with that.

Breakker debuted and was instantly inserted into a match to crown a new NXT World Champion. He did not win, but WWE was preparing him for bigger things.

He eventually won the title on two occasions. When he drops the title, a massive push on the in roster is likely waiting.

WWE uses a banner to represent their top superstars. As seen below, they recently added and removed some people.

Breakker is now featured, which is rare as mostly only RAW and SmackDown make the cut. This could be a sign that WWE is getting ready to bring Breakker to the main roster.
