Julianna Pena

Julianna Pena is ready for her rematch with Amanda Nunes.

Pena, who lost to Nunes at UFC 277, wants to finish things off. The former Ultimate Fighter winner earned a victory in the first meeting, claiming her first UFC title in the process.

In the recent bout, it was Nunes scoring a one-sided decision.

“I’m ready to go round eight right now,” Pena said (thanks to MMA Fighting for the quotes). “Like let’s freaking go. I’m here. Where you at, Amanda?”

Pena was on hand for the recent finals of The Ultimate Fighter. Both served as coaches on the season, but Nunes did not appear.

“Seriously, where are you at?” Pena asked. “You left your girl hanging out there. I showed up for Team Pena. She didn’t show up for Team Nunes.

“I’m here. I’m ready to go for round eight.”

Pena’s fighters – Mohammed Usman and Juliana Miller – claimed TUF 30 titles with wins.

In the first meeting with Nunes, Pena scored a second round victory to claim the UFC bantamweight title. Nunes, also the featherweight champion, reclaimed the bantamweight belt with her decision.
