Country and gospel icon Amy Grant has been hospitalized after an accident near her home in Nashville She is spending a few nights in the hospital to rest and heal. Here is everything we know.
Amy Grant’s Biking Accident
According to reports, Amy Grant fell off her bike while riding with a friend. She suffered some cuts and bruises but was thankfully wearing a helmet at the time.

According to a representative for the singer, Grant will be staying in the hospital one more night for observation.

Amy Grant’s husband, singer and Eagles guitarist Vince Gill has canceled some of his upcoming dates to be with her.

The accident comes two years after Grant underwent heart surgery to repair partial anomalous pulmonary venous return, or a PAPVR, which improperly circulates blood through the heart’s chambers.
