Jay White & AEW Future, WWE Star Out Due To A Car Crash

Jay White is one of the hottest talents in wrestling right now. He recently reveals what his AEW future holds, after participating in the Forbidden Door pay-per-view (PPV).

White went up against Kazuchika Okada, Adam Page, and Adam Cole at the Forbidden Door PPV. While he retained his IWGP Heavyweight Championship, there’s some speculation on where he goes from here.

During a media scrum, post-PPV, he was asked about what’s next for him in AEW. White states he is happy to return to AEW, anytime.

According to Switchblade, if AEW can have “someone” for him to defend his title, he’d be more inclined to come back. Although he was a tad facetious when pressed.

He notes that he “doesn’t know” if he’ll return, because “this is how” it all works. White also states that as a “champion” who “single-handedly” sells out the arena, he can show up when he wants and doesn’t owe anyone an answer.

He also adds that everyone should “stay tuned”. Fans will have to wait and see what happens with AEW and Jay White.

Although it does sound like he is open to a return. Over to the land of the WWE, a superstar is out of action due to a car accident.

WWE Star Out Due To A Car Crash

Dana Brooke has been a prominent figure in the WWE 24/7 Championship storyline. She held the title for a significant amount of time.

That is, until she recently lost the championship to Doudrop during a Main Event episode. She also once defended the title against “The Man”, Becky Lynch.

Brooke was not on this week’s Monday Night RAW. No information about her absence was given during the broadcast.

Brooke hopped on Twitter recently to offer her fans an explanation. Turns out she was in a car crash.

The bad news is, she’ll be out of action for a bit. The good news is that she is doing okay, the injuries seem minor, and she should be back soon.

Dana entered the land of WWE in 2013. It was at this time that she debuted in NXT.

She’d officially enter the main roster by joining Monday Night RAW in 2016. Over the years, she’s spent time on both the Red and Blue brand.

The major highlight in her career so far is being a six-time 24/7 Champion. Her storyline has been both interesting and very humorous.

In addition, she was also ranked number 26 in Pro Wrestling Illustrated’s top 50 female wrestlers in 2016. An accolade not many in this profession ever reach.

Unfortunately, injuries are a major part of the business. However, generally, they occur within the ring and not outside the squared circle.
