The radio host Howard Stern is just one of many leftwing celebrities who have spent the last few days melting down over the overturn of Roe v. Wade. However, he’s taking things a step further than most of his comrades by saying that he’s so enraged over the overturn that he may run for president.

Stern Feels He May ‘Have To Run For President Now’

“I’m actually going to probably have to run for president now,” Stern, 68, said during his show on Monday, according to Fox News. He went on to say that he would abolish the Electoral College if he took office, seemingly unaware that a president could not do this unilaterally.

“I am going to do the very simple thing that’ll set the country straight: one vote, one person,” Stern continued.

The man who was formerly known as a “shock jock” explained that he wants to end the Electoral College because of his claim that Donald Trump lost the 2016 election to Hillary Clinton.

“A guy who lost the vote won the election,” Stern said. “How long can we keep electing people who lost the election?”

Later in the show, Stern alleged that most presidents run into problems because they have agendas that are far too big. While he seems to think his agenda is a simple one, he was also very vague about it.

“The only agenda I would have is to make the country fair again,” he stated.

It’s hard to believe that Stern would have any success in light of all the material he’s created for his opponents to use in attack ads.

Stern Rips Supreme Court

Unsurprisingly, Stern soon shifted to attacking the Supreme Court, specifically targeting conservative Justice Clarence Thomas as a “dormant Darth Vader” waiting around for “other kooks” to be appointed to the highest court in the land. He also said that the overturn of Roe v. Wade, which handed the issue of abortion back to the states, was “horrible.”

“The other thing is if I do run for president, and I’m not f—–g around, I’m really thinking about it — because the only other thing I’m going to do is appoint five more Supreme Court justices,” Stern continued.

This wouldn’t be Stern’s first foray into politics, should he move forward with this plan, as he previously ran as a libertarian in New York’s gubernatorial race back in 1994. However, he dropped out of that race after being informed that he would have to disclose his personal finances by the state Supreme Court if he wanted to run for office.

Stern On Potential Trump Face-Off

Back in November, Stern said that if the 2024 presidential race were a face-off between him and the former President Donald Trump, he would “beat his a**.” Though Trump was a frequent guest on Stern’s show over the years, the radio host turned on him after he won the 2016 election, and bashed him repeatedly during his presidency in a way that arguably became obsessive.

It’s sad to see someone like Stern, who was once known for pushing the envelope, become such a liberal sheep who now spends his once-entertaining radio show spreading liberal propaganda. He can claim he wants to run for president all he wants to, but given how many fans he’s alienated over the years, it’s hard to believe that he’d ever be successful in that endeavor.

Besides, do you really want Fartman running your country?
