UFC 274: Tony Ferguson Sounds Off On Dana White, Promotion
Tony Ferguson looks to snap his three-fight losing streak and gain some momentum as he fights at UFC 274 Saturday night.
Tony Ferguson has no time for laughter or jokes ahead of UFC 274.
Ferguson is set to square off with Michael Chandler this weekend in a featured bout.
Chandler made a comment regarding “Dana White privilege” about his division standing and more.
But Ferguson wasn’t having it.
“I don’t think that shit is very funny,” Ferguson said (thanks to MMA Fighting for the quotes). “You do maybe. I don’t think it’s very funny. Everybody is looking at it, they’re smiling and laughing at it but nobody’s saying shit.
“I’m the one up here with Dana Brown privilege of whatever the (expletive) you want to call it. I don’t think it’s very funny anymore. I don’t think you should think that’s very funny.
“So I’m taking this weekend very (expletive) seriously. So I’ll kick this Dana White boy’s ass.”

Ferguson did clarify that this isn’t personal “against Chandler.”
“But I’m going to be real,” he added. “I’m tired of the retaliation tactics from the company.”
The 38-year-old Ferguson has dropped three straight since a 2019 finish of Donald Cerrone.
