NXT 2.0

Here’s a breakdown of little details you may have missed on the May 10th episode of NXT 2.0. We had some debuts, and fun matches as WWE’s development brand continues to build the next generation of Superstars.

Damon Kemp: Newest Member Of  Diamond Mine

Despite rumors that Roderick Strong is trying to leave WWE, he is still the leader of Diamond Mine. As he tries to get the Creed Bros to skirt the rules, he has decided to bring some new blood to the wrestling-focused stable.

Damon Kemp (real name Bobby Steveson) is the younger brother of fellow WWE signee and Olympic gold medalist Gable Steveson.

Like his brother, Bobby wrestled at the elite University of Minnesota program, where he was a two-time qualifier for the NCAA finals.

This is not Kemp’s WWE debut. He has wrestled previously on NXT UK and NXT Lvl Up.

NXT Breakout Tournament Participants

NXT started their latest breakout tournament featuring some of the latest female signees. We’re already familiar with Nikita Lyons, Lash Legend, and Roxanne Perez. But let’s get to know some of the other competitors.

Ariana Grace is the daughter of former WWE legend Santino Morella.

Who Is Alba Fyre?

Alba Fyre, formerly known as Kay Lee Ray, re-debuted o NXT. Sporting a darker shade of red hair and a tartan around her waste, Ala put on an impressive showing in her debut, including a firey entrance.

Alba is the Scottish Gaelic name for Scotland, where Fyre comes from. Her introductory vignettes have been about embracing her heritage as a proud Scotswoman.
