Alex Volkanovski remained atop the UFC featherweight division with a one-sided performance at UFC 273 Saturday night.

Volkanovski stopped “The Korean Zombie,” Chan Sung Jung, moments into the fourth round of his title defense.

The card took place from Jacksonville, Florida, airing live on pay-per-view.

For three rounds, it was all Volkanovski, as he earned his third successful title defense.

Aljamain Sterling and Petr Yan gave fight fans something to remember in the co-main event. With the unified bantamweight title on the line, the two battled for 25 minutes, with the judges ruling in favor of Sterling.

Sterling, the reigning champion entering the night, controlled the early action with his wrestling. Yan, who lost the belt to Sterling via disqualification before claiming the interim title, held strong in the latter stages.

In a surprising result – and one that was somewhat controversial on social media – Khamzat Chimaev earned a decision over Gilbert Burns.

A heavy favorite, Chimaev nearly finished the former UFC welterweight title contender in the first. In the second, though, Burns showed his prowess, battling back.

The result marked the first time in 11 pro fights Chimaev has been pushed to the distance, and the first time he ever saw the third round.

Mackenzie Dern cemented her standing in the female strawweight division with a split decision triumph over Tecia Torres.

Mark Madsen, a 2016 Olympic silver medalist in wrestling, improved to 12-0 with a decision win vs. Vinc Pichel. Madsen has earned four wins inside the Octagon, with three of the four going the full 15 minutes.

Three of the four ESPN prelims went to the scorecards, with Ian Garry topping Darian Weeks in the headliner.

Anthony Hernandez and Raquel Pennington also earned decisions, while Mike Malott stopped Mickey Gall.

The night kicked off on ESPN+ and UFC Fight Pass with a decision, as Julio Arce bested Daniel Santos. Piera Rodriguez followed with a three-round win over Kay Hansen and Alexey Oleynik submitted Jared Vanderaa.

For the ageless Oleynik, the win marked his 60th career victory in 77 bouts. Of those 47 have come by way of submission.

This also marked the first event for the new “Fan Bonus Of The Night” awarded by Crypto.com. Three bonuses will be handed out at each pay-per-view.

View votes will determine who receives payment in the form of bitcoin ranging from $30,000 for first to $20,000 to $10,000.
