The nominations for the most prestigious Hollywood awards are out. Forget the Oscars, the Screen Actors Guild, or the Golden Globes, I am talking about the highly coveted Golden Raspberry Awards aka the Razzies. Actors who received nominations for their performances include Oscar winners Amy Adams, Mel Gibson, Ben Affleck, and Bruce Willis. Willis’ 2021 was so bad that he got his own entire category.

What Are The Razzies?
The Razzies “celebrate” the worst in film every year by nominating otherwise good actors who picked bad movies. Or, in the case of Lebron James, celebrities who should have never tried acting in the first place.
Besides Space Jam: A New Legacy, nominated films include Diana The Musical, Infinite, Karen, and The Woman In the Window.

What Happened to Bruce Willis?
Did Bruce Willis make some bad investments? Did Demi Moore take all of his money? Regardless, he has become notorious for his low-effort, monotone performances in what are supposed to be “action” movies.
But in 2021 he was in particularly bad form. Making eight movies in one year is virtually unheard of for actors. And all of his movies were so bad that the Razzies decided to give Bruce his OWN category.

It is a real shame to see Bruce Willis like this. The guy has seemingly given up as he makes soulless movies one after the other.
Bruce is a long way from his Die Hard days. Heck, he’s a long way off from his Hudson Hawk days.
Did you ever see the commercial Willis did for Advance Autoparts? He looked like he would rather be anywhere else on the planet and refused to give an ounce of emotion.
Stick To The Court, Lebron
Space Jam: A New Legacy was meant to open doors for Lebron James in Hollywood, but the movie and his performance were so bad that those doors are now welded shut.

Besides his bad performance, the Space Jam reboot was panned by critics as a film that was little more than over-stylized product placement for Warner Brother’s intellectual property.

The film also received criticism for its removal of Pepe Le Pew and attempted removal of Speedy Gonzales while leaving in the villainous rape gang from A Clockwork Orange.
