UFC Fight Night Results: Jose Aldo Shows That He Is Back

Former UFC champion Jose Aldo put on a display Saturday night.

Aldo bested Rob Font in the main event of UFC Fight Night live on ESPN. All three judges ruled in favor of Aldo, including two 50-45s. 

It was another strong performance for the former UFC featherweight champion. He has continued to make a career resurgence since moving to bantamweight.

In the co-main event, Rafael Fiziev caught Brad Riddell in the third with a spinning wheel kick that ended the fight. The lightweights put on a war before the end came.

Veteran Clay Guida had a much-needed win. Guida locked in a rear-naked choke on Leonardo Santos in the second round to get the victory.

Jamahal Hill knocked out Jimmy Crute in 48 seconds, Chris Curtis finished Brendan Allen and Alex Morono got past Mickey Gall.

On the prelims, Dusko Todorovic, Manel Kape, Bryan Barberena, Cheyanne Buys, William Knight, Claudio Puelles and Vince Morales were all winners.
