Olivia Jade Giannulli, the 22-year-old daughter of former “Full House” actress Lori Loughlin, made it through another elimination on “Dancing With The Stars” this week. You can check out her most recent dance for yourself below.
Olivia Jade Learns Not To Be ‘Offended’ By Everything
As fans get to know her better, Olivia Jade is opening up about how the college admissions scandal taught her to be less “offended” by everything, as most people are these days.
“I think what’s really important is not being so easily offended by people and trying to understand, empathize and be constructive instead of getting so offended,” Olivia Jade recently said, according to Yahoo News. “That’s what I’ve been doing the last few years. I’ve heard people and all I can do is move forward and be better.”
Loughlin and her husband, fashion designer Mossimo Giannulli, “agreed to pay bribes totaling $500,000 in exchange for having their two daughters designated as recruits to the USC crew team — despite the fact that they did not participate in crew — thereby facilitating their admission to USC,” according to a 2020 affidavit.
Each of them served prison time as part of a plea deal, with Loughlin serving two months and Giannulli serving five months behind bars.

She’s Staying Positive
Olivia Jade was widely panned for the casual attitude towards her schooling that was exposed during the scandal. These days, she seems to have learned to not let these criticisms get to her.
“I’m a big believer in second chances and I’m just excited to show a different side of myself,” the influencer said. “I was younger when the media was reporting on me. I’ve grown up a lot, so I’m excited to show how I’ve matured.”
Olivia Jade is also hoping to portray a more accurate version of people’s lives than is typically shown on social media.
“Social media portrays such a perfect light of somebody’s life, but you’re showing your best moments,” she noted. “What I want to highlight is people coming in and hearing who they are at their core.”
She did get emotional though when talking about what “Dancing With The Stars” has done for her. She says how she’s felt “a little bit shameful” these last few years and that “it’s really nice to have a new sense of confidence.”

Olivia Jade is also on her own when it comes to “Dancing With The Stars,” as she has said that her mom isn’t exactly able to give her advice.
“She’s not a dancer!” Olivia Jade said. “She just tells me she loves me and ices my feet.”

Olivia Jade comes from a generation of snowflakes who are offended by pretty much everything.
Perhaps more of them should go through a scandal like she did, as it seems to have toughened her up in a big way!
