Francesco Facchinetti has filed a criminal complaint against Conor McGregor.

The Italian DJ confirmed with ESPN that the process has started against the former UFC champion.

“It’s something about ethics, and Conor is (expletive) dangerous,” Facchinetti said. “This is a problem.”

During an October party that included Facchinetti, McGregor and others, “Notorious” allegedly punched Facchinetti. He claims to have suffered a cut lip and damage to his neck from the ordeal.

“He can do better than this,” he said. “He can be better than this. What happens, he punches a guy tomorrow and that guy dies? What happens? What happens to MMA.”

McGregor’s team has yet to comment on the incident, which is under investigation by Italian law enforcement.

Recently, McGregor was involved in an incident with rapper Machine Gun Kelly. That took place at the MTV Video Music Awards last month.

In 2019, McGregor struck an individual in a bar in Dublin, Ireland.

UFC president Dana White told reporters he has yet to talk with McGregor since the latest incident.

“I honestly don’t even know enough about it to comment on it,” he said. “I haven’t talked to Conor, so I don’t know what the truth is. I don’t know exactly what happened. So to comment on it, I really can’t.”

Facchinetti said he has worked with UFC fighter Marvin Vettori in the past and “I’m absolutely in love with that (MMA) world.”
