Royal Biographer Thinks Meghan Markle Is Getting Ready To Jumpstart Her Hollywood Career

Royal biographer Omid Scobie, who is also a close friend of Meghan Markle’s, said in a new interview that she is “aiming so high” as she steps back into the world of Hollywood. He also said that he would not be surprised if Meghan and Harry acquire the rights to a movie in the near future. 

Meghan And Harry’s Hollywood Dream 

“All that was said to me was ‘oh man, you don’t even know the half of what they’re working on. They are aiming so high,'” Scobie said, according to The Express. “I think one thing that may surprise at some point and this is just my own guess is where we’re going to hear some sort of movie announcement.

“It’s only a matter of time before they have acquired the rights to a really incredible story that they’re able to bring to life through a movie or a television drama,” he added. “We’ve heard a lot about the non-scripted work but there is that whole side of the production company that is scripted.”

Not stopping there, Scobie said that big things are coming from Meghan and Harry in the entertainment world very soon. 

“It’s only a matter of time before that comes to life and I think that’s really exciting because it’s a side of them we’ve never seen or heard of before but one they’re really eager to get into,” he said. “Being able to step into Hollywood a little bit but try and do it in a much more impactful and socially conscious way. That’s going to be really interesting to me.”

Meghan Spent Years Trying To Make It In Hollywood 

Prior to marrying Harry, Meghan spent years trying to make it in Hollywood with limited success. While she eventually landed a regular role on the cable television show “Suits,” that definitely didn’t make her a household name.

Though Meghan claimed she was retiring from Hollywood after she became engaged to Harry, she immediately came running back to it as soon as they stepped down as senior royals last year.

Now an A-list celebrity instead of a struggling actress, Meghan was given the kind of welcome upon her return to Hollywood that she never could have dreamed of during her years trying to make it. She and Harry immediately signed multi-million dollar deals to create content for Netflix and Spotify.

Was This Meghan’s Plan All Along?

It’s hard not to speculate that this Hollywood lifestyle has been Meghan’s dream all along, and that she used Harry to get there. Their popularity in Britain flailing so they’re hoping to find it in the US.

For Harry’s sake, let’s hope that Meghan doesn’t throw him away now that she doesn’t need him anymore to achieve the success in the entertainment world that she’s always wanted.
