UFC 264: Tai Tuivasa Finishes Greg Hardy, Cements Legendary Status

Fellow UFC fighter Tanner Boser summed up the night for Tai Tuivasa at UFC 264 perfectly.

Tuivasa scored a first round knockout of Greg Hardy in one of the featured attractions from Las Vegas live on pay-per-view.

“Tai Tuivasa just walked out to Spice Girls, knocked out Greg Hardy, and then drank a beer out of a shoe on the wall of the octagon,” Boser posted on Twitter. “My god that’s a hard one for anybody to follow.”

Tuivasa has made it customary to perform a “shoey” following wins, drinking a beverage out of the shoe of a person in the crowd. This time, he even did a second one and added some hot sauce thanks to a fan.
